NEW ACCESS OPENING
The new entrance to the Parking Basement through Ojuelegba road was officially opened on the 24th of August, 2020. This will enable customers coming through this route easy access into the parking basement through this gate, therefore, saving them the stress of going around the building and into the basement. Here are a few pictures from the opening.
MORTGAGE MEETING
There was a meeting held between Brent Mortgage Subscribers (K-Klamp Owners) and Brent Management on Wed 26th Aug at LIONS DEN SPORTS BAR.
The meeting was called at the instance of Iyaloja and Babaloja to get all K-Klamps owners together especially those who are still owing Brent Mortgage bank, to find a way to encourage them to start paying knowing that only those paying promptly will be relocated. Moreso, to assure them of Tejuosho Property Management Company’s (TPDC’s) commitment to reallocate them.
K-KLAMP CONSTRUCTION
The foundation work at the K-KLAMP site is ongoing. This is the element of a structure that connects it to the ground and transfers loads from the structure to the ground. the trench is being dug deep in the ground to the subsoil, which is more solid than the topsoil that is used to grow plants and crops. When the trench is deep enough, concrete is poured into the trench, which strengthens even more by first putting long thin round pieces of steel into the trench. When the concrete dries, the steel acts as the bones in the body to tie the foundation together.
